Walking Club

If you find it difficult to get active, why not start walking? It is really easy to get started, you don't need any special equipment - and best of all it counts towards your recommended amount of physical activity. Walking is a great way to improve your physical and mental health. Join the walking club at the Taylor Community Hall and walk in a safe space.
