Tai Chi Registration

Enhance your health, flexibility and mental clarity through the calm, gentle mindful movements of Tai Chi.

Where:     Taylor Community Hall
When:      Monday from 6:30 – 7:45 PM
                Thursday from 10:00 – 11:15 AM
Cost:        Intro offer – 2 months is $65
                ½ season – 4 months is $120
                Full Season – $225                                                                            Gentle Stretching and Warm Up - $32.50

Discounts:      5% Senior discount and a pre-registration discount is available

                     10% Discount for signing up for Monday and Thursday sessions.

Walking Club

If you find it difficult to get active, why not start walking? It is really easy to get started, you don't need any special equipment - and best of all it counts towards your recommended amount of physical activity. Walking is a great way to improve your physical and mental health. Join the walking club at the Taylor Community Hall and walk in a safe space.

Yoga Registration

Yoga is a fantastic workout for your body. You can adapt the practices to your own speed and level of comfort. No matter which yoga exercises you choose, the practices will always be part of a great workout routine. There are some fantastic series of movements out there that are perfect for every kind of day and for every kind of person, meaning there’s no reason not to start doing some yoga as soon as you can.

Cost:      Punch Card $100.00 (10 sessions)
              Drop-in rate of $15 per session

A fun way to improve your health and get into shape!
