Recreation Services - Visitor Information Centre

Visitor Information CentreTaylor opened the doors to its first Visitor Centre in 1992. The log building was originally built in 1932 and was the home of one of our early pioneers.

Open May long weekend to September, the Visitor Centre is an excellent place to go for the traveler just passing through, new residents to Taylor, or for anyone planning on taking a holiday. The ladies are very knowledgeable and would love to send you on your way with a handful of brochures full of places to see and things to do.

A member of Super, Natural British Columbia our Visitor Centre strives to be informative, friendly and helpful. In 1998, Taylor's Visitor Centre was rated in the top ten in BC for Quality Service and has maintained that status ever since.

Not only will you find a vast array of brochures, most of which are free, but local arts and crafts are available for sale as well as maps.
