Community Services

Community Services fulfills a unique role within the District of Taylor, responsible for recreation & leisure programming, tourism services & development, economic development and emergency management.  Serving residents, business and visitors, Community Services is committed to maintain and promote Taylor as an active, vibrant and safe community - a community "where peace & prosperity meet". 

Community Services also endeavours to develop partnerships with social serving agencies, local businesses, industry, government and individuals, in order to maximize resources in the community. We work with schools, neighbourhood committees, special interest groups and others to assist in developing high quality leisure, recreation and development programs of interest for all ages.
