The District of Taylor’s new light industrial park is a strategically located greenfield that provides an excellent opportunity in northeast British Columbia for establishing manufacturing, processing, and supply facilities within a community of high end industry.
The Park is a greenfield site which is not constrained by previous development and allows for unhindered industrial development. The park offers 15.066 hectares of easily developed industrial land in the heart of the District of Taylor which is located along a paved access road with 100% capacity off the Alaska Highway.
The highway leads to the Fort Saint John Airport 10.2 km north of the site. The airport has daily flights to Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton and Prince George with connections to major international airports.
