District of Taylor proclaims May 25th as missing Children's Day in recognition of all missing children. May 25th has been named National Missing Children’s Day throughout Canada and the US. Access to Peace Island Park camp ground is open however continue to check the Environment Canada website for the latest updates on changing water levels and weather condistions.

Currently there are no Air Quality or Fire Warnings issued for the Taylor/Fort St. John area. However, it is extremely dry out there and the fire ranking is High so please keep all fires manageable.
